 PACIFIC
CREST - a quiet home for those needing assistance.
It is designed for residents ages 60 and over, who require
assistance to maintain their highest level of functional capability
in activities of daily living.
PACIFIC CREST offers: safe and
healthful living accommodations and services with three nutritional
meals per day, snacks in between meals. We also offer personal
assistance and care as needed with dressing, eating, and bathing as
well as, assistance with medication, which will be centrally
stored.
We also take care to observe the resident's physical and
mental condition. In our home they have the freedom to relax in a
safe and nurturing environment that fosters independence, knowing
that help is only a step away when needed. Our residents and
families also have the assurance that each resident is loved,
respected, and important to us and is treated with kindness and
dignity by staff and other residents.
We offer Alzheimer's and Dementia Care programs.

Location
We are located in a quiet, residential neighborhood in Plumas
Lakes, just south of Marysville/Yuba City with easy access to both
Highways 65 and 70. We are only 25 minutes to Sacramento and
35 minutes to Chico.
